Instant Hotels Deal Importer — Chrome Extension

This Privacy Policy explains how the Instant Hotels Deal Importer Chrome extension ("the Extension") collects, uses, and handles information when you use it. The Extension is operated by Equity Carry Group / Instant Hotels Inc.

1. What the Extension Does

The Extension reads publicly visible listing information from real estate and business-for-sale websites (Zillow, LoopNet, and BizBuySell) and saves it as a contact and opportunity record in your team's GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM account. It does not interact with any other websites and is not active on any page other than supported listing pages.

2. Information Collected

The Extension reads the following information from listing pages you visit:

• Property or business name and address
• Asking price and financial details (revenue, cash flow, cap rate, etc.)
• Listing agent or broker name, phone number, and email address (where publicly visible)
• Brokerage or company name
• The URL of the listing page
• Property description

The Extension also stores the following locally on your device (Chrome storage):

• Your GHL user email, name, and user ID — to keep you logged in between sessions
• A cached pipeline ID — to avoid repeated API lookups

No browsing history, keystrokes, passwords, or personal financial information are ever collected. The Extension only reads data on Zillow, LoopNet, and BizBuySell listing pages — it is not active on any other websites.

3. How Information Is Used

Information collected from listing pages is used exclusively to:

• Create or update a contact record in your team's GHL CRM account
• Create an opportunity record linked to that contact in GHL
• Attach listing details as a note on the opportunity

This data is sent securely to a Cloudflare proxy server operated by Equity Carry Group, which forwards it to the GoHighLevel API on your behalf. The data is then stored in your team's GHL account, subject to GoHighLevel's own privacy policy.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties except:

• GoHighLevel (GHL) — listing and contact data is sent to GHL to create CRM records. See GoHighLevel's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — API requests are routed through a Cloudflare Worker. Cloudflare processes requests in transit but does not store your data. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

Data stored locally on your device (login session, pipeline cache) remains until you click "Switch user" in the Extension or clear your Chrome extension storage. Data sent to GHL is retained according to your GHL account settings and GoHighLevel's data retention policies.

6. Security

The Extension does not store any GHL API keys or credentials on your device. All communication with GHL is routed through a secure Cloudflare proxy using encrypted HTTPS connections. Authentication credentials are stored server-side as encrypted Cloudflare secrets.

7. Who Can Use This Extension

This Extension is intended for internal use by authorized team members of Instant Hotels Inc. and Equity Carry Group only. It is not a public tool. Access is restricted to approved users.

8. Children's Privacy

This Extension is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
